Eric has been calling since 1980.   Eric’s profession as an insurance broker in the San Francisco Bay Area allows him the flexibility to travel.  He has called in several states, as well as Japan, Belgium, and Germany.  He calls at all levels from basic through C2 and will occasionally cue a Phase III or IV Round Dance.

He has recorded on Gold Wing/Fine Tune Records and currently records on Blue Star.  He is happy to have released several popular singing calls, including “Beautiful Sunday”, “Alright, OK”, “Walking on Sunshine” and many others.

Eric serves on the Board of Governors of CALLERLAB and previously chaired the Plus Committee.  He has served on the CALLERLAB Executive Committee and currently serves on several other CALLERLAB committees, all with the focus on attracting and retaining dancers.

Jack began calling in 1982 while serving as a member of the US Air Force during an assignment at Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. He launched his calling career in his off duty time with two local clubs. Upon moving to Dayton, Ohio in 1983, he called regularly for an Advanced and three Plus clubs. It was in Ohio that Jack had the fortune of meeting Chuck & Bobbie Myers. Chuck became Jack’s “mentor” and helped him learn the craft of calling not only from the technical aspect but also from the importance of being a positive influence and striving to better the activity as a whole.

Jack moved to Utah in 1989 where he again worked regularly for an Advanced and three Plus clubs. Jack retired from the Air Force in 1992 and relocated to Ohio. Together Jack & Sherry spend the week calling and teaching for two Plus clubs, an Advanced, and a C1 group. Jack has taught beginner lesson classes every year since he started calling.

Jack currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Callerlab Board of Governors. He also serves as the Chairman of their Marketing Committee. Jack is an Accredited Caller Coach with CALLERLAB and the Central US Leader for Grand Square International, Inc., an organization focusing on the promotion and preservation of Square Dancing through caller education. He runs the Midwest Caller College, is a staff coach of the National Square Dance Convention GSI Caller schools, and conducts many caller training seminars in his travels.

Jack is currently a staff recording artist with Royal Records and has recorded music with Chicago Country Records, Desert Recordings, and Gold Rush Records. He is a member of the Miami Valley Callers Association (MVCA), the Cincinnati Callers Association, and an Accredited Member of CALLERLAB. He has served terms as President of the MVCA and the Northern Utah Callers Council. He has presented on education panels at CALLERLAB and National Conventions and has conducted many Caller and Club Leadership training seminars and clinics.

Jack is the Purchasing & Logistics Manager for Pioneer Automotive Technologies of Springboro, Ohio. Collectively, he & Sherry have six children and twelve grandchildren. Jack has traveled and called extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, the Middle East, and Europe. He has been a featured caller for the World Convention in Austria, numerous state conventions, and the International Singles Convention in Canada

Scott began calling in 1984 at the age of 18. He has called festivals and conventions across the United States.

Scott currently calls for beginners thru A-2. Scott is a CALLERLAB Accredited Caller and a member of the CALLERLAB Quarter Century Club. From 2015-2018 Scott served on the CALLERLAB Board of Governors.

Scott has recorded Square Dance Music on Dance Ranch Records, Hi-Hat RecordsBlue Star Records, Rawhide Records, Chic Recordings, Fine Tune Records and Arrowhead Recording.

Rey and Sherry have showcased and taught at National and State Square Dance Conventions and various special Square and Round Dance events internationally and throughout the country.

Rey is a retired Marine, who has been square dancing since 1976 and round dancing since 1981. He started cueing and teaching in 1983 and has lived in and out of California for the last 45 years. Sherry is a former elementary school secretary and has lived in California since 1988. She started dancing ballet and tap at age 3, and studied jazz and international folkdance during college. She began ballroom and round dance in 2006 and square dancing in 2007.

They work with two round dance clubs each week and cue for several square dance clubs in the San Diego area. They hold a Board position on SDRDI, are members of Roundalab and ICBDA.

Rey and Sherry live in Vista, California where they enjoy retire life and spending time with their grandkids.

MaryAnn has completed 30+ years Cueing and Teaching Round Dancing!! Cueing and Instructing Round Dancing in Northern California since 1991. She is a member of Roundalab, ICBDA and DRDC.

She does Ph 2-6 Round Dance Instruction, and cues for the following groups: the Moonlight Dancers Round Dance Group and the Willow Creek Round Dance Club. She also teaches Beginning Clogging for the River City Cloggers.

She has been the featured cuer and support cuer for the Silver State Festival as well as the Oregon Summer Festival, Washington State Square & Round Dance Festival, the Bakersfield Fiesta Square & Round Dance Festival, Golden State Roundup Square & Round Dance Festival, Washington State Round Dance Instructors Weekend Festival, National Square & Round Dance Festival, ICBDA/URDC Round Dance Festival.

MaryAnn has choreographed and written many round dances including watzs, 2-steps, foxtrots, and chas.

Erin began square dancing in 1969 and round dancing in 1972. In 1974 she joined the Silhouettes, a premiere teen round dance exhibition group under the direction of Betty & Bob Dean.

She would often dance with Bob and he would say, “Cue along with Betty.” When she asked why, she was told, “Don’t ask questions, just do as I say!” Soon she was cueing local dances. In 1985, she and Scot became a team and he encouraged her cueing/ teaching. Since then she has been the featured round dance instructor at festivals in Utah, Alaska, California, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.

Erin has choreographed many popular dances. In 2016, their phase II waltz “Life is a Slow Dance with You” was chosen as the ROUNDALAB Round of the Quarter. She is currently chairperson of The ARTS, an international organization supporting and promoting square/round/contra dancing.
